The a.s.r. Dutch Core Residential Fund, focusing on affordable, energy-efficient housing, and the a.s.r. Dutch Science Park Fund, supporting innovation ecosystems in science parks, both aim to deliver measurable social and environmental benefits alongside financial returns. They adhere to recognised standards such as GIIN and INREV. Key results include improved housing affordability and enhanced scientific collaboration infrastructure, ensuring intentional, measurable, and additional impact.
