On 26 March, 30 participants gathered at the Hines office in London for the Investor Relations training course – an essential programme designed for professionals managing client relationships and capital raising.
Led by Gabi Stein, Head of Global Real Estate Distribution (Nuveen Real Estate), the course brought together a stellar line-up of speakers who shared first-hand experience and best practices from across the capital raising landscape and investor relations, including Annemarie Manning, Head of Investor Solutions (Orange Capital Partners), Jeff Rupp, Director of Public Affairs (INREV), James Morrow, Senior Managing Director (Hines), and Ajay Sharma, Global Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relations (BGO).
The course concluded with a lively investor panel featuring Madeleine Cosgrave, Non-Executive Director (Shaftesbury Capital), Laurens-Jan Portier, Portfolio Manager Real Estate (Shell Asset Management Company), and Edd Azzopardi Portfolio Manager (UBS Unified Global Alternatives - Real Estate) who explored current market trends and offered practical guidance on the do’s and don’ts of investor engagement.
