On 21 May, the INREV Academy welcomed participants to the Fund Valuation and Reporting course at the Andaz Hotel in Amsterdam. Led by Hugo Monster of UBS Asset Management, this one-day training offered a comprehensive look at the key reporting principles of the INREV Guidelines—spanning sustainability, property valuations, INREV NAV, fee and expense metrics, performance measurement and reporting.
The course combined expert-led presentations with interactive moments, including a hands-on case study using a real annual fund report. Another highlight was the lively INREV NAV Kahoot quiz, where the winner took home a sweet prize from the beloved local bakery, Het Koekemannetje.
