With the launch of GARBE Infrastructure Invest GmbH, GARBE is establishing an independent investment advisory company within GARBE Infrastructure. The management team comprises Dr. Thomas Kallenbrunnen (CEO), Dr. Tobias Brosze (Chief Technical Officer – CTO) and Nikolaos Thomas (CFO/COO).
The new unit provides investors with access to infrastructure assets with a focus on Germany and supports municipalities, municipal utilities and public partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects. In doing so, GARBE draws on six decades of implementation experience and, above all, technical development expertise across projects in all asset classes. Key focus areas include real estate-related infrastructure investments such as schools and public buildings, as well as partnerships with municipal utilities and municipal enterprises in the fields of energy and utilities. Transformation and innovation topics such as battery storage and data centres are also part of the investment approach.
