The 2025 conference was moderated by Andrea Carpenter (Diversity Talks Real Estate), featuring thought-provoking sessions themed “Under the weight of geopolitics: the new real estate reality”.

There were keynote presentations by Mehreen Khan, Economics Editor of The Times and former Europe Correspondent of Financial Times, on geopolitics and the global economy, and psychologist and author Kevin Dutton, on using the study of psychopathy to channel fearlessness and focus in business.

Other intriguing topics on the agenda included the era of AI in real estate, how physical risk is redefining insurance, the hybrid, return, or reinvention office politics, and many more.
