Nick Blakemore, Director of Portfolio Analysis at investment manager M&G, is a long-standing member of the INREV Performance Measurement Committee and has played a leading role in developing the INREV Asset Level Index. As he will shortly be stepping down from the committee, IQ took the chance to get his views on the importance of the Index and to reflect on a life-long fascination with measuring real estate investment performance.
