Henri Vuong
Director of Research and Market Information
Henri Vuong is INREV’s newest member of the team in Amsterdam, joining as Director of Research and Market Information. She will be responsible for maintaining and further developing INREV’s Research and Market Information initiatives, such as the annual and ad-hoc research projects as well as the INREV Vehicles Universe and the INREV Index. In addition, she is keen to continue to broaden INREV’s reach. “One of my priorities will be to further expand INREV’s interregional research programme. I think we have a strong foundation in Europe to serve the needs of all members, and help INREV lead the development of globally consistent market practices,” said Henri, who replaces Casper Hesp in the role.
Henri’s previous real estate experiences span both equity and debt. She joins INREV from the Real Estate Finance Strategy & Research team at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, where she was responsible for formulating commercial real estate business appetite strategies and providing client insight for the Commercial & Private banking division. Prior to RBS, she worked as a Senior Property Research Analyst with a focus on Quantitative Risk at M&G Real Estate (formerly PRUPIM), as well as Acting Deputy to the Director of Property Derivatives.
Henri also comes to the role with a strong understanding of the benefits of industry research programmes. She was the 2012 Chair of the UK Society of Property Researchers and continues to serve on the committee. She also sits on Property Industry Alliance research group, and is a Board Director of the Association of Property Lenders, Consultant to the Chinese Property Professionals Society, an Assessor for the RICS Research Trust and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
