INREV Research and Database Manager
Vitaliy Tonenchuk is the latest addition to the INREV team in Amsterdam.
The INREV research team has been given a further boost with the arrival of Vitaliy Tonenchuk as the new Senior Research and Database Manager.
Vitaliy is now members’ main contact for the INREV Vehicles Database and he will be responsible for ensuring that information is updated as well as helping members’ queries for this important information tool. In addition, he will work on upgrades and improvements to the system including its integration with other INREV databases.
As part of the research team, Vitaliy will also work on the INREV research programme beginning with the annual Capital Raising Survey.
Vitaliy is Ukranian-born but has lived in the Netherlands ever since he moved here for college 17 years ago. Prior to working for INREV, he was a Senior Analyst Real Estate Advisory at SNS Property Finance for four years, focusing on the international real estate markets before covering the Dutch market.
“This role at INREV means I can focus more on the investment side of the real estate markets and it also gives me the opportunity to work in an international environment again,” said Vitaliy.
